A Season Ticket entitles the buyer to ski at any time when Yad Moss is open. They can be bought before 1st November each year at a cost, for 2017/18, of £55 for adults with a reduction to £40 for those who bought a Season Ticket in the previous year. Juniors under 18 pay £10.

From 2017/18 we are not sending out plastic tickets. Instead just print out your ‘Season Ticket email’ or bring your phone showing our confirmation. Check in at the Ticket Office and you will be given that days ticket.

People producing a Yad Moss paper Season Ticket can also ski at Weardale Ski Club for £10/day even if a ‘members only’ policy is in force – juniors pay £5 per day. We also have a similar arrangement with Lake District Ski Club, just £10 on weekdays, £15 at weekends, but you must park at the bottom of the hill in Glenridding as parking up at the Youth Hostel is restricted to LDSC season ticket holders only. See links below.

If you are not a season ticket holder then ‘Day tickets’ will be available on the hill most days when the tow is running. The price is £20/day for adults, £10/day for juniors under 18.  Please pay in cash at the ticket office. Please note that we do not have card facilities at Yad Moss.

There may be days when we have to restrict the number of Day Tickets sold (this will not apply to season ticket holders). In that event day tickets will only be available on line, before hand. We will provide advance notice of that on the snow report page and the Facebook group.

Unfortunately the tow is not suitable for novices, and operators reserve the right not to sell you a ticket. Please read the “A few rules” page before setting out to Yad Moss for the first time.
