We are a small team so unfortunately we are closed Sundays and bank holidays.

Open by appointment only but very happy to open up the shop for those keen to buy a bottle or two.

Directions to the vineyard
We are down the longest dead end in Sussex so take care and follow our instructions:
From the west and north (A21 direction) take the A268. When you have driven through Newenden and crossed the railway track make sure you take left to continue on the A268. When you are coming towards a mini roundabout take immediately left BEFORE the roundabout. This is Hobbs Lane. Keep driving straight – do not be tempted to take left or right turns. Towards the end of the lane we are the farmyard with a big modern barn on your left.
From Rye take the A268 and drive through Peasmarsh. Keep driving until you hit a small roundabout. Take second exit and immediately go right into Hobbs Lane. Keep driving straight – do not be tempted to take left or right turns. Towards the end of the lane we are the farmyard with a big modern barn on your left.

Holiday cottages

Our holiday cottages are in two locations – the Vineyard House and shepherd’s huts are next to and in the vineyard and the Oxney Barns are across the river Rother (the barns are 15 minutes drive from the vineyard):
