Lovely farmhouse next to vineyard – sleep eight in total
Oxney Organic Estate has a wonderful house next to the vineyard. The house has three bedrooms, sleeping eight in total in one double, one twin and one family room (double and bunk bed) with ensuite. In addition to the ensuite bathroom there are two further bathrooms – on the first floor a large family bathroom with shower and a bath. On the ground floor a bathroom with a bath with a shower included. On the ground floor there is a large farmhouse kitchen with all the equipment you need to cater for a group of friends or family. There are two reception rooms – in the sitting room you can get together for a lovely time in front of the fire in the inglenook. The dining room is a wonderful room to have meals together as a group. In addition to the house there are two, super cute shepherd’s huts located one field away which you can rent for additional bed space. Each shepherd’s hut has a double bed and can sleep two. The shepherd’s huts have small bathrooms and a kitchen corner.

The Vineyard House is very old, probably dating back to Jacobean times and has a plethora of beams, fun features and not exactly horizontal floors. Over the years it has been extended and has had bigger windows installed and a large kitchen stretching the length of the property at the back. The charming house has been refurbished and its interior is in a modern Nordic style. A relaxing, comfortable space to holiday with a group of friends or family.

Equipment
The kitchen has a dishwasher, a large cooker and fridge/freezer. The ground floor combined laundry/bathroom has a washing machine. The house has two TVs, stereo and wifi.

What to do
We run vineyard tours every Friday and Saturday which you can book online (see page called ’tours’). We can also arrange private tours. In the large garden you can play table tennis, relax in the sun and have a BBQ.  The area is full of wonderful activities for young and old. We have castles, gardens, the sea with amazing beaches, activities for children and everyone young at heart – cycling, canoeing, wind surfing, clay pigeon shooting and more.

Entertaining
The Winery Room in our winery at the vineyard is available for hire using outside caterers.
